Synopsis:
Hiring managers from the financial sector take to the stage to share programmes companies have in place to nurture fresh young talent, success stories from these programmes, qualities employers look out for in prospective hires, as well as possible roles young talents can explore when pursuing a career in financial sector, and their respective career progression pathways
The panel will also discuss and address considerations young talents may have when they decide to embark on a career in these sectors.
