In this talk, Alice opens up about her biggest fears as an entrepreneur and how she defused them with drive and purpose.
You could say that Alice Chen took a scenic route to becoming a Fintech entrepreneur, after practising law in multiple jurisdictions around the world with firms such as Skadden Arps and DLA Piper, she co-founded InvestaX, a Singapore-licensed investment and trading platform for digital securities and security tokens in 2015, with a focus on providing a turn-key tokenization and security token trading platform to b2b clients. She continues to draw on her legal experience as the firm’s general counsel as well as helping the community stay abreast of the latest in the industry as Chair of the Singapore Fintech Association Digital Financing Subcommittee, and through teaching as a guest lecturer on the topic of Digital Assets and Blockchain at Singapore Management University.
