Tyme Completes its Series B Capital Raise, Cementing its Expansion into Asia

Tyme Group is announcing the close of its Series B2 capital raise of US$70M with one the world’s largest and highly reputable technology groups, together with a global impact investor. This announcement follows Tyme’s successful US$110m capital raise in March 2022. Tyme is a global digital banking group, with its first deployment, TymeBank, in South Africa with 4m customers and a second deployment, GOtyme, planned for spring, 2022 in the Philippines.
