Cracking the code for the future FinTech workforce | The Green Shoots Series 2021

The banking and finance sector is seen as a ‘bright spark’ in the pandemic-disrupted economy, with FinTech firms still expanding their businesses and workforce. To date, there are over 1,400 FinTechs employing more than 10,000 FinTech professionals in Singapore. As a new chapter opens for the financial services sector, firms face a higher demand for jobs in new areas and growing needs for new digital capabilities, whilst jobseekers are challenged to broaden their knowledge and equip themselves with the right skills to match new job requirements.
