With the exponential growth in Finance, new skills required in the industry are not as same as years ago. A widening skills gap exists due to the current system inadequacy in adult education.

CFTE and Elevandi have jointly launched a new report: The New Skills in Financial Services: The Nonchalance of Adult Education.
