Our Advisory Committee
Our advisory committee comprises senior leaders from eight organizations that represent a range of stakeholder groups, including incumbent financial institutions and Tech/FinTech players. Their collective wealth of experience and perspectives will generate valuable insights to support Elevandi's wide range of initiatives and activities.
The committee will provide strategic guidance on:
- Galvanising global conversations to shape FinTech industry agendas worldwide
- Identifying key structural trends and issues shaping the future of financial services
- Fostering an open dialogue between policymakers and FinTech players on Fintech risks and opportunities
It is chaired by FinTech veteran Matthias Kröner, Elevandi Board Member and Founder of Tradelite Solutions, as well as former CEO of Fidor Bank and DAB Bank.
Committee Members
Chen Leiming
Chen is the Senior Vice President of Ant Group and is responsible for international public policy and government affairs for Ant Group. He also oversees the international legal & compliance department for Ant International Business Group. In his day-to-day responsibilities, Chen undertakes a broad range of governmental and regulatory engagement in connection with the Group’s international business activities.
Dante Disparte
Dante is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy at Circle, responsible for overseeing company strategy, communications, policy and public affairs. Since joining Circle in 2021, his leadership in driving market expansion, regulatory engagement, and more have been integral in furthering the company’s mission to raise global economic prosperity through the frictionless exchange of financial value.
Dr Andreas Rosenthal
Andreas is the Chief Financial Officer of Prudential Singapore. He oversees Finance (Operations), Financial Reporting, Actuarial Financial Management, Actuarial Products and Advisory, Distribution Compensation and Analytics, Performance and Expense Management, Finance Projects and Transformation, and Procurement.
Eric Anziani
Eric is the Chief Operating Officer at Crypto.com where he oversees several global functions including product, growth, institutional sales, strategy, partnerships, blockchain, research and data. He previously served as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer where he was instrumental in the conceptualization and implementation of the company’s major initiatives, including the Crypto.com App as well as several R&D initiatives around blockchain infrastructure and ecosystem building.
Janet Young
Janet is a member of the senior leadership team under the UOB Group CEO, leading delivery channels, digitalisation initiatives, and customer experience & advocacy to achieve UOB Group’s vision of a premier regional bank in the Asia Pacific. Working with Business, Technology, and Country teams in UOB, FinTech, and ecosystem partners externally, she champions collaborative business models, and omnichannel strategy to drive better customer experience and outcomes for the bank and its customers.
Laura Loh
Laura is currently a Director in Temasek’s Blockchain team, which focuses on venture building and investment opportunities in the space. She was also part of the founding venture teams of 2 start-ups by Temasek – Partior, a joint venture with JP Morgan and DBS to setup a multi-currency payments network to enhance cross-border clearing and settlements; as well as Affinidi, a start-up that uses decentralised technologies to develop data and self-sovereign identity solutions.
Marco Bizzozero
Marco is the Head of International at iCapital and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In this role, he is responsible for the expansion and overall development of the firm’s business outside of the United States (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
Richard Pu
Richard currently serves as Vice President, Co-head of Tencent legal and a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and GEM Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Sandeep Malhotra
Sandeep Malhotra is the Executive Vice President, Products & Innovation, Asia Pacific at Mastercard. In his current position as head of the Products & Innovation group, he oversees the development and management of all consumer and commercial products in the Asia Pacific region. These span debit, credit, prepaid, commercial, payments gateway and processing to acceptance, account-to-account flows, remittances, open banking, digital platforms and everything in between.
